1. Camiral — Stadium Course

- Opened: 1999
- Par: 73
- Current listed length: 7,333 yards
- Current note: Camiral’s official golf-break pages state the Stadium Course is closed from 27 July to 27 September 2026 for improvement works, with both resort courses due to be fully open again from October.

2. Camiral — Tour Course
- Role in the trip: Camiral’s companion course to the Stadium Course.
- Character: the current resort describes it as shorter and less daunting than the Stadium Course, with wider fairways but water and bunkering still influencing play.
- Planning: useful as the second round in a two-course Camiral stay; reconfirm current tee-time availability directly.
3. Golf de Pals
- Designer: Fred Hawtree
- Opened: 1966
- Holes / par: 18 / par 73
- Setting: pine-covered dunes near Pals.
- Planning: the club currently offers direct online green-fee booking and promotes itself as the first golf course on the Costa Brava.
4. Club Golf d’Aro — Mas Nou
- Designer: Ramón Espinosa
- Opened: 1990
- Format: 18-hole golf course with an additional 9-hole pitch-and-putt facility.
- Setting: elevated inland terrain above Platja d’Aro.
- Planning: current booking, rates and packages should be checked directly with the club.
5. Club de Golf Costa Brava
- Opened: 1968
- Current format: 27 holes.
- Green Course: original course, par 70, designed by J. Hamilton Stutt.
- Red Course: combines the Green back nine with newer holes and plays to par 73.
- Planning: useful as a contrasting club-based round alongside the resort setup at Camiral.
Course Swing · Costa Brava
A practical sequence is Camiral Stadium → Camiral Tour → Golf de Pals → Golf d’Aro → Club de Golf Costa Brava. This keeps the trip concentrated around Girona and the Costa Brava rather than mixing distant Spanish golf regions into one itinerary.
Stay · Play · Recover
Stay: Camiral works as the obvious resort base for the first two rounds, with Hotel Camiral and Lavida Hotel on site. For the wider coast, Pals, Platja d’Aro and Girona provide alternative bases depending on the rest of the itinerary.
Play: secure Camiral around its current maintenance schedule first, then add Golf de Pals, Golf d’Aro or Costa Brava Golf Club according to transfer time and tee-time availability.
Recover: Camiral’s current Wellness Centre offers spa treatments, sports recovery, yoga, Pilates, fitness and technology-led wellness programmes, allowing recovery to sit inside the golf itinerary rather than requiring a separate destination.
